Business Development Manager (BDM) – Corporate Sales
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT sales and enterprise business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and enterprise segment.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and travel across India as required for business development activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Handle key client relationships, account management, and escalation resolution.
- Deliver solution-oriented product demonstrations, showcasing functionality, technical capabilities, integrations, and business benefits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Sales, Corporate Sales, or Enterprise Business Development.
- Experience working with large corporate clients and C-Level executives.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide consultative, solution-driven sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings.
