Radiant Info Solutions is hiring experienced L1 Hardware Support Technicians across India. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and workstations are encouraged to apply. The role includes hardware support, preventive maintenance, component replacement, operating system installation, and onsite or remote user assistance in enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in laptops, desktops, and workstations.
Perform installation, replacement, and configuration of hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboards, power supplies, keyboards, batteries, and adapters.
Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks of IT equipment.
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and basic software applications.
Handle hardware break-fix support and warranty coordination.
Provide onsite and remote user support for hardware-related issues.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of laptop, desktop, and workstation hardware.
Experience in hardware diagnostics and component-level troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and device drivers.
Knowledge of hardware assembly, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Basic understanding of networking and peripheral devices.
Good communication and customer support skills.
Qualifications:
Diploma ,Training or Bachelor’s Degree in IT Electronics, or a related field.
Hardware certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware support for laptops, desktops, and workstations.
Experience working in enterprise IT support environments preferred.
