Online Sales Representative
Radiant Info Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our online sales team as an Online Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales and promoting our products to a global customer base. 1. Online Sales: Actively engage with potential customers through various online channels, including social media, email, and online marketplaces, to promote and sell Radiant Info Solutions products.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
4. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective online sales strategies, including promotions, discounts, and product launches.
5. Lead Generation: Generate leads through online research, networking, and other lead generation methods to expand the customer base.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Previous experience in online sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using online sales and marketing tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of technology products and solutions is a plus.
