Radiant Info Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with customers and prospects professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain Radiant’s IT products, solutions, and services clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
• 1-2 years prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
